Dry Needling

is really Acupuncture 

except the focus is on muscular trigger points .
In my case a had a rotator cuff (shoulder) injury for 6 months it was very difficult to lift my right arm, eventually a friend suggested "dry needling"
to my amazement the problem was fixed after 24 hours and never came back!
DRY NEEDLING WORKS ! 

How does dry needling Work ?
basically muscle fibers bind into "Knots" and the dry needling allows the muscle to unravel through a "Twitch" response, it also promotes a healing response by stimulating the "fibroblasts" and the bodies repair response far more rapidly then any other method.
Imagine the pain of "rolling out" muscular trigger points on foam rollers, or tennis balls , or thumb pressure or some therapists use  their elbows and all of these methods are extremely painful .
DRY NEEDLING IS RELATIVELY PAINLESS IN COMPARISON
AND RESULTS ARE FAST & IMMEDIATE !
